Trauma Recovery walks trauma survivors through a step-by-step, 90-day journey to healing.  If you have either experienced trauma in the past, or you are weathering the storm of a traumatic situation right now, you’re likely searching for relief from the pain; relief from fear, guilt, and anxiety.  You may even be searching for a way to rebuild a life that has been shattered.  If so, I get it.  Even though you and I have different lives and different experiences, the one thing we do have in common is that we have both faced trauma.  I’ve been through trauma and come out the other side stronger by using the skills you’re going to learn in this planner.  I’ve helped others to do the same.

I’d like to help you, too.

Real Stories Of Hope From People Just Like You

113 Million American adults have had a loved one incarcerated.
Here are some of their stories of how they found peace and happiness.

“My Son Was Arrested”

On a day that couldn’t be more normal, your cell phone lights up with an incoming call from a phone number you’ve never seen before.  It’s your son, and you can tell immediately something is terribly wrong.  His voice is different, small somehow.  Definitely not what it sounded like when he was at your house for dinner two nights ago, teasing you about something silly you did as a parent when he and his siblings were little.

“I knew my son was headed for trouble…”

He got decent grades, joked around with you and your daughter, played catch with your husband.  But around his sophomore year in high school things started to change….

Jolyn’s First Prison Visit

My very first visit with my son in prison did not go as expected...

I Was Overwhelmed With Feelings of Fear, Panic, Guilt and Isolation

The minute the judge finished stating my son’s prison sentence, he immediately stood up and left the court room as if he couldn’t leave fast enough. That’s my last memory of that room. Suddenly people were standing around me and ushering me out of the court room…

No one should have to go through this alone…
